*Due to unexpected technical difficulties, all agencies/organizations that participated in the Bidder’s Conference may not have been identified. Therefore, if you did not attend the Bidder’s Conference on Tuesday, September 8th, you may still submit a Notice of Intent to Apply for Funding (NOIAF) form found in the RFP. The NOIAF must be submitted no later than 4 pm on September 18th to be eligible to apply for funding. The PowerPoint presentation from the Bidder’s Conference and RFP Questions and Answers can be downloaded from this Web site page. Those who did not attend the Bidder’s Conference are strongly encouraged to review these documents. |
