Health EquityWorking in cooperation with the Ohio Commission on Minority Health and other organizations, disparities in access to quality health care will be addressed across programs. Using statewide data, current activities will be assessed to measure outcomes, minimize duplication and determine those priority conditions and populations most in need of additional services. By coordinating with existing programs that successfully address health care disparities, ODH’s chronic disease programs can be enhanced.
