Sexually Transmitted Diseases Data and Statistics

The data sources below provide information on the diagnosis of sexually transmitted diseases among Ohioans. Infections that have not been diagnosed are not represented in the tables.The information shown, however, is a good representation of the patterns of disease in the population. Information is available on syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. These three conditions are tracked because they present serious risks to those infected and because spread can be controlled through safe behaviors and effective treatment of infections.

- Congenital Syphilis Statistical Summaries - Tables representing congenital syphilis infection in Ohio by race, gender, and county of residence.
